  • FUE: Hair is extracted from the donor area (the hair ring, at the back of the head) with a tiny hollow needle that extracts the entire hair follicle. Dr. Feriduni then makes very small, sophisticated incisions with surgical blades uniquely tailored to the patient.
  • FUT: Follicular Unit Transplantation is a method in which a strip of the scalp is taken from the donor area - generally the back of the head. It then involves extracting from this strip individual hair follicles / follicular units under the microscope and preparing them for implantation.
  • BHT: The BHT is initially applied when the donor area on the scalp is no longer suitable or has insufficient hair density for the extraction of donor material.
